Miguel and his team helped us turn an extra large bedroom and laundry room into three up to code bedrooms. We were even able to keep the laundry in the hallway. The process involved demo, framing, electrical, flooring, hvac, plumbing, etc. Everything was completed in a timely manner and communication was always very professional. We love our new rooms!

I hired this company to help prep a house I needed to sell eight years ago and they were awesome. They also helped me with a siding project where they discovered a penetrated water pipe with a slow leak - fixed the same day. They showed me everything as it was happening. They also remodeled my master bathroom. When it came time to build an apartment above our garage so my husband could retire, I called on them again. They offered the best price of three quotes. The apartment was done this past week and I am blown away! AE Contractors did what they said they would do (involving an arsenal of professionals from structural and soil engineers, architects, and all the professions necessary) They designed the apartment, got all necessary permits and inspections all went off without a hitch.
